Kat in corset

I made these corsets a while ago but hadn’t photographed them. I managed to get my friend Kat to model them in her gorgeous garden. She looked fabulous with alabaster skin to die for!!

The cream one is brocade silk with a damask linen lining and the orange is a man-made two-tone, lined in cotton, both based on an original 1890 pattern I drafted up. These two are samples but generally my corsets are made to measure.

If you’ve ever fancied making one I have a course planned for later this month. Over the two days you will learn the techniques required to make your own corset.

22nd Saturday -The Corset (day1) 10.30-4.30pm
30th Sunday – The Corset (day2) 11-5pm

Get in touch if your interested.
